To the extent the law allows, Nytro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from use of the site or the service. Nytro's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the client paid Nytro in the twelve months before the claim arose.

The client's duties
The client is responsible for complying with the data protection and marketing laws in force where the client operates and where the people it contacts are located. That includes the rules on consent, on opt-out, and on keeping records. When Nytro runs outreach on the client's behalf, it acts on the client's instructions.
