Which accounts should my sales team call first?

Dated buying signals that rank which accounts sales calls first

Nytro AI by Nytro Marketing tracks buying signals like job postings, leadership changes and pricing page visits. We date each one, rank your accounts and draft outreach. You or Nytro approve the list and every message. We run account-based outreach (ABM) and outbound for small and mid-sized B2B companies.

  • Every signal carries a date and a source link you can open.
  • A signal shows activity. Timing is our estimate from dated evidence.
  • We judge our work by the quality of each account decision.

Signals

What we watch

We watch three kinds of evidence: activity with you, public events, and companies that have done nothing yet.

Activity with you

  • Email opens, link clicks, pricing page visits, webinars and booked meetings.
  • A booked meeting counts about 16 times an email open.
  • Activity 60 days old counts half.

Public events

  • Job postings and a change of CEO or CFO.
  • A spinoff or a request for proposal.
  • News that a company plans a transformation.

Companies that have done nothing yet

  • We read public evidence across eighteen categories ourselves.
  • We do not buy an account list.
  • We set the categories around each client's buying trigger.

Signal quality

How we check a signal

Before a signal moves an account up the list, we check its date, source and match.

  • Every signal carries a date, a source link, a strength rating and a confidence rating.
  • We flag evidence older than 18 months.
  • Thin evidence lowers the score, and we tell you so.
  • We match each person to the company, and each company to the person. A similar name can attach a signal to the wrong firm.
  • We pay to look up a contact only when the evidence is specific. That means a number, a named role, a named system or a named investor. We drop non-buyers such as recruiters.

People and AI

Where a person decides

AI

AI reads and scores

AI reads the evidence, dates it and scores each account. Fit counts most, then urgency, then likelihood.

Human decision

You approve the account list

You or Nytro approve the account list before anyone is contacted.

Human decision

You approve every message

AI drafts each message from a dated fact, written for the buyer's role: finance, IT, operations or program leadership. You or Nytro approve it. A message that could go to any company does not go out.

Your choice

Your CRM, if you want it

We can push the ranked list, the signals and the contacts into your CRM.

“What I use is the evidence behind each account. Every company comes with what it posted, hired for or announced, and the date, with a link. When we reach out, we can say what we saw at their company and when. It also finds companies that haven’t announced anything yet, and those are the ones we most want to talk to.”

Robert Cummings, Chief Executive Officer, LeapGreat

Questions

Questions about signals

Does a new CFO or a job posting mean a company will buy?

No. A signal shows activity: a pricing page visit, a new CFO, a job posting. It does not prove a company wants to buy. When we rank an account, the timing is our estimate from dated evidence. You or Nytro decide whether to contact the account, and a person approves every message.

Do you buy intent data or an account list?

We do not buy an account list. We read public evidence ourselves, across eighteen categories set around your buying trigger. Each signal carries a date and a source link, so you can open the evidence behind any account. We pay to look up a contact only when that evidence is specific.

Is this ABM or outbound?

Both. We run account-based outreach to named accounts, which is ABM, and outbound to the people at those accounts. We write each message from a dated fact about that company and the buyer's role. It suits small and mid-sized B2B companies that want to know which accounts to call first.

What does it cost, and how do we start?

The engine starts at $2,500 a month, plus the cost of the AI it uses. In the first 30 days you get a scored list of accounts and outreach going out to those accounts. You or Nytro approve both. To start, book a business assessment.
