Who do I hire to bring in more qualified leads?

We build and run the demand generation engine for small and mid-sized B2B companies.

If you have a marketing team, we extend it. If you do not have a marketing lead, we can step in as your fractional chief marketing officer.

  • Every message starts from a dated fact about the company it goes to.
  • AI reads and drafts. You or Nytro approve every account and message before sending.
  • Accounts, signals and contacts can go into your own CRM, if you choose.

Running now

What our systems did, updated every 15 minutes

These are live counts of workflow runs, buying signals and accounts kept scored. The page reads them from Nytro's workflow server every 15 minutes. Nobody types them in. They show the system running. They do not show results.

307Workflow runs, last 24 hoursAutomated workflow runs started on Nytro's workflow server in the past 24 hours, weekends included.
919Buying signals, last 30 daysDeal and leadership news, job posts, LinkedIn requests for marketing help, customer relationship management milestones, event registrations and email replies.

These are the workflows Nytro runs for itself and its clients, counted as they run, with client work added to the totals and no company named.

What we run

The engine, end to end

We run the four jobs of demand generation and the wiring between them, and can lead marketing too.

Job 1

Choose the accounts

We research and rank the companies, and you or Nytro approve the list before anyone is contacted.

Job 2

Write and send outreach

AI drafts each message from a dated fact, and a person approves it before it goes.

Job 3

Answer the replies

We answer the replies, which in a long sale need a judgment call.

Job 4

Report the results

We report what came of the work, measured by the quality of decisions, never email volume.

Good fit

  • The sale takes months.
  • The buyer sits inside a larger company or a regulated industry.
  • The account list is short enough to research one company at a time, and replies need judgment.

Poor fit

  • Self-serve software with a low annual contract value.
  • A buyer who wants the system built and handed over to run in-house.

It connects through APIs to a CRM, email sending, contact data, web and news search, and job postings. Language models read the evidence and draft. The workflows run on Nytro's own server, which updates the live counts every 15 minutes. See how the engine is wired

Choosing who to contact

How we choose which companies to contact

We rank companies on dated public evidence and their activity with us, and a person approves the list.

What a company does

  • Eight sources, some rescored every two hours on weekdays: opens, clicks, pricing visits, webinars, meetings.
  • Public events: job postings, CEO or CFO changes, spinoffs, requests for proposal.
  • A meeting counts about 16 opens. Activity 60 days old counts half. All rescored daily.

What a company has not done yet

  • Public evidence in eighteen categories shows whether a project is coming.
  • We read it ourselves and buy no account list.
  • The categories are set for each client's buying trigger.

How an account is ranked

  • Fit counts most, then urgency, then likelihood; thin evidence lowers the score.
  • Urgency is an estimate from dated evidence, and it can be wrong.
  • Each signal shows date, source link, strength, confidence. Evidence past 18 months is flagged.

How a contact is chosen

  • We pay for a contact only for specific evidence: a number, named role, system or investor.
  • We check the match both ways, person to company and company to person.
  • We drop anyone who is not a buyer, such as recruiters.

What the outreach says

  • Each message starts from a dated fact about that company.
  • It speaks to the buyer's role: finance, IT, operations or program leadership.
  • A message that could go to any company does not go out.

What you get

  • One ranked list of companies, with the evidence and contacts for each.
  • A person at Nytro or on your team reviews it before anyone is contacted.
  • If you choose, we push the list, signals and contacts into your CRM.

“What I use is the evidence behind each account. Every company comes with what it posted, hired for or announced, and the date, with a link. When we reach out, we can say what we saw at their company and when. It also finds companies that haven’t announced anything yet, and those are the ones we most want to talk to.”

How to start

The first conversation is an assessment

We start with a business assessment, then set the strategy and the marketing plan, then run the work and adjust it as we go. The engine starts at $2,500 a month, and you pay separately for the AI the work uses. In the first 30 days you get a scored list of accounts and outreach in market.

Human decision

The assessment

We take in what you sell, your current accounts and what your CRM already knows about them.

AI

AI reads and scores

AI reads public evidence and activity, puts a date and a source on every signal, and scores each account. Thin or stale evidence lowers a score.

Human decision

You approve the list

You or Nytro approve the account list, and no one is contacted before that approval.

Human decision

You approve each message

AI drafts each message from a dated fact, and you or Nytro approve it before it is sent. Replies go to a person.

Questions

What people ask before the first call

The short answers below cover what Nytro AI by Nytro Marketing does and who it is for. They also cover who decides what goes out, what it costs and how to start.

What does Nytro AI by Nytro Marketing do?

Nytro AI by Nytro Marketing builds and runs your demand generation engine: targeting, signals, sequences, reply handling and reporting. Nytro operates it daily. People at Nytro or on your side approve the account list and every message before sending. Nytro can also act as your fractional chief marketing officer.

Who is Nytro AI by Nytro Marketing for?

Small and mid-sized B2B companies. Some have a marketing team of one or two, some a larger one, and some no marketing lead. Nytro extends your team or acts as your fractional chief marketing officer.

How is this different from an AI sales development tool we could buy?

A tool arrives and needs an operator. Nytro runs the work and keeps operating it for you. AI drafts messages and sorts accounts. People decide who is contacted and what is said. We judge the work by the quality of those decisions. Email volume is no part of the measure.

Who decides what goes out, and what controls are in place?

You or Nytro approve the account list and each message before sending. Copy first passes an automated quality check. Each signal carries a date, source link, strength and confidence rating. Evidence over 18 months is flagged. You can pause any workflow from your dashboard. CRM push is your choice.

What does it cost?

The engine starts at $2,500 a month. You pay separately for the AI the work uses. The AI in Marketing course starts at €2,300 or $2,500. It runs as six-hour virtual group sessions. You enroll through a form, with no sales call.

How do you decide which companies to contact?

Nytro starts from a company's actions: opening an email, publishing a request for proposal, booking a meeting. Recent activity counts more than old activity. Nytro pays for a contact only when the event is specific. That means a number, or a named role, system or investor.

How do you know the numbers you report are real?

A 9 September 2026 client report showed 377 new records. They came from a paused, never-emailed campaign. The real number was 6. Nytro found it, told the client and fixed the method. On 26 August 2026, the claim checker ran eight labeled cases against source documents. It scored 1.00 precision and recall.

Who would we work with?

Stan Berteloot is Chief Innovation Officer. Tom Pfister is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. He built SAP's marketing organization across Europe, the United States, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Karina Keil runs EMEA as Managing Director.

How do we start?

Nytro starts with a business assessment. Then come a strategy, a marketing plan and execution. Ask for the assessment to begin.
